TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using our website, ordering goods or making a booking for a service/hair treatment from ZIZIBEAUTY you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before you make an appointment or book a service from ZIZIBEAUTY.

1)    General

a) By ordering goods or making an appointment for services from ZIZIBEAUTY, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions of use and that you agree to abide by and be legally bound by these

terms and conditions of service. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our services or making a payment or booking our services.

b)       During the consultation it is your responsibility to explain fully what you are hoping to achieve with your extensions, including what colour and length you would like.

c)        Please ensure you arrive on time to enable us to have sufficient time to fit your extensions and complete our service. Late arrival may result in you missing your appointment slot and having to be re-booked

for a later date.

d)       Any discrepancies need to be brought to our attention at the time of fitting before you leave the salon.

e) We will not be held responsible for any problems arising from anyone who has chosen to have their extensions cut, colour or styled at another salon.

f) A non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of your consultation to secure your booking. This amount will then be deducted from your balance on the day of fitting, this deposit is NOT refundable if you

cancel or change your appointment.

g) Deposits are only transferable under certain circumstances and this would need to be agreed prior to your appointment and is dependent upon our agreement and at our discretion. None refundable

deposit is payable to secure all bookings

h) The customer is fully responsible for the care and maintenance of their hair extensions or weave.

i) ZIZIBEAUTY WILL NOT be held responsible for any damage caused to extensions or your natural hair caused by not looking after them properly.

j) Although ZIZIBEAUTY use the best available hair products and techniques to provide you with the best possible results and every care is taken, we cannot and do not guarantee any hair extensions or weaves

to remain in place for any specific amount of time, there are many different hair types and factors to consider that effect the lasting time frame, we will do our upmost to ensure you are happy with you hair

and from the time of leaving the salon you are responsible for looking after your new extensions and  how long they last as no refunds are given.

k) We will not refund or be held responsible in any way for how you treat your extensions, including perming, cutting, dying or removal by yourself or an unqualified technician.

l) Removal of your hair extensions should be carried out only by ZIZIBEAUTY, to ensure no damage is caused to your own hair.
